Terms and Conditions
Kuru Hair, Beauty and Tanning Studio has introduced the revised terms and conditions to ensure high levels of customer service can be provided to all clients.
The cancellation and late appointment terms and conditions will be enforced to minimise business disruption to other clients and protect the company against costs that maybe incurred as a result.

The following terms and conditions (“the Conditions”) are the terms on which Kuru Hair, Beauty and Tanning Studio (“the Company”) sells products and services and supersedes all other terms and conditions relating to those products and services.
1. Price and Payment
1.1 The price (inclusive of VAT) for the Products and Services (“the Price”) shall be the quoted price of the Seller and payment of the Price shall be made by once the product or service is provided.
1.2 Price is correct at the time publication but may vary in some instances subject to professional consultation. The company reserves the right to amend the price without any prior notice.
2. Ownership of Products
The Company shall retain ownership of the Products until they are paid for.
The Customer must provide a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the appointment to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations outside of these terms are subject to a minimum £10 administration fee or payment in full for the services booked.
4. Late Appointments
In the interest of service provision to other customers anyone arriving late to an appointment is liable to having their service time reduced accordingly to minimise the impact on others.
5. Third Party Rights
Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, nothing herein shall confer nor is it intended to confer a benefit on any third party for the purposes of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or for any other purpose.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of England and Wales shall govern this agreement.
