Please note that the salon will be closed every Tuesday following a Bank Holiday.

Cancellations and Late Appointments

The cancellation and late appointment terms and conditions will be enforced to minimise business disruption to other clients and protect the company against costs that maybe incurred as a result.

Cancellation
The Customer must provide a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the appointment to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations outside of these terms are subject to a minimum £10 administration fee or payment in full for the services booked.

Late Appointments
In the interest of service provision to other customers anyone arriving late to an appointment is liable to having their service time reduced accordingly to minimise the impact on others.

The Small Print

Prices are correct at the time of publication but may vary according to hair type and the amount of artistic interpretation required to achieve the desired result.

Kuru maintain the right to amend pricing at their discretion.
